This unique project utilized Taraflex® Sport M Plus sports flooring in the body of the court, bordered by Gerflor’s Attraction modular tiles around the perimeter. The Attraction® was used to accommodate heavy traffic from tables and bleachers in the facility, and to protect the sports flooring from excessive point loads.
Similarities in the composition of both flooring products made it possible to seamlessly heat weld the surfaces together without the need for a transition strip, creating a monolithic, water tight installation.
