The Hesperia (CA) Unified School District has had a long and positive experience with the Taraflex® line for their gymnasium surfaces, including an older floor at this middle school. The slab began to show some vapor emissions issues, requiring a floor replacement. We were able to employ our patented Dry-Tex system for moisture remediation, which wasn’t available at the time of the initial installation. This system provides a 15-year guarantee against mold and vapor damage up to 100% relative humidity, resolving the moisture issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
