In August 2024, Ball State University elevated its volleyball program with the installation of a top-tier Taraflex® Sport M Plus court at Worthen Arena. This new court was designed to provide players with the best possible performance surface and showcases the university’s commitment to supporting its volleyball teams.

Head Coach Kris Grimes expressed his excitement about the upgrade, noting, “This new Taraflex court will provide our athletes with the best possible playing surface. It’s not just about the court—it’s about showing our players and recruits that we are committed to excellence, both on and off the court.”
