Appalachian State University has introduced a new Taraflex® volleyball court inside the Holmes Convocation Center in Boone, North Carolina. The Mountaineers’ surface features Sport M Plus in a Light Cherry and Black color combination, creating a bold and modern look that elevates their home-court atmosphere.

The Sport M Plus construction provides optimized shock absorption, superior comfort and reliable traction, helping reduce injury risk while enhancing player performance. With a surface trusted by elite volleyball programs worldwide, the Mountaineers now compete on a court engineered for consistency, safety and high-level play. The installation was expertly completed by Southern Flooring Inc., ensuring exceptional quality and precision throughout the project.
