In July 2026, the University of Pittsburgh added two new Taraflex® portable courts for its new arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Already relying on Taraflex on two permanently installed practice courts, the university selected Taraflex Sport M Plus once again for both a new competition court and an additional portable practice court. The latest installation reflects Pittsburgh’s continued commitment to providing athletes with a high-performance surface designed for comfort, safety, and consistent play.

Finished in Maple with Royal Blue accents, the new competition court will make its debut in the university’s new arena ahead of the upcoming season. With this project, the University of Pittsburgh now has five Taraflex courts across its athletic facilities, further reinforcing its confidence in the proven performance of Taraflex for both training and competition.
